Nangol Guesthouse

Small basic guesthouse located in Panngi Village on Homo Bay (South shore of Pentecost Island). The guesthouse has a small family run restaurant. Pentecost is away from it all, it means also no telephone, no fax, no electricity, no hot water.

Accommodation: The bungalows are located on a good swimming beach on Bay Homo in SW Pentecost. Ideally located for treks to traditional mountain villages and the Nagol land diving (April and May only).

Accommodation: Three bungalows with thatched roofs and small verandahs close to a fresh clean river, deep enough for bathing. The toilet and shower are rudimentary and shared.

Bar and Restaurant: The restaurant offers traditional island catering,
utilising fresh local vegetables and poultry. There is no bar.

Tours and attractions:

  • Ratap or Bunlap village tour: Full day by truck and trek to this pretty remote custom village;

  • Demonstration of the typical custom dance of the region performed especially for you;

  • Waterfall tour: a 3 hour walk through the lush tropical rainforest to these lovely falls;
