Le Lagon Parkroyal Resort

Le Lagon Parkroyal has a stunning location in magical Vanuatu. Set beside the still, turquoise waters of Erakor Lagoon with views to the Pacific Ocean, coastal trees bend to meet the water along the white sandy shoreline. Wander past a majestic 300 year old fig tree draped in coloured bougainvillea as you stroll through the 75 acres of gardens.

Le Lagon Parkroyal is a low rise resort built with traditional Ni-Vanuatu influences such as thatched roofs and island style decor. It offers guests a true Melanesian cultural experience with activities and traditional villages nearby.

The resort has 141 fully air-conditioned and serviced rooms. Each room has a balcony or patio with garden or tranquil lagoon views. Amenities include hairdryers, free in-house movies, iron and ironing boards, IDD telephones, colour television with CNN, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and ceiling fans.

Facilities include 24 hour reception, foreign exchange, safety deposit boxes, tour desk, shopping arcade, room service, business services, multilingual hotel staff, local doctor on call and a laundry/ironing service.

A touch of paradise...

Children are important at Le Lagon Parkroyal, which is why they have been provided with their own special menus and a Southern Pacific Hotels Kids Only Club which operates free for 5-12 year olds, every day of the year. Children can enjoy a comprehensive activities program including basket weaving, learning the local language, team games, swimming in the children's pool and coconut harvesting.

Gaze out to the lagoon in a banana lounge on the water's edge or by the pool. Take a dip in the outdoor spa, play tennis, go cycling, play table tennis in the games area or tee-off on the 12 hole golf course. Plus there is a wide range of free non-motorised watersports including catamaran sailing, windsurfing, outrigger canoes, surf skis, scuba diving lessons and snorkelling.

A final complement to a perfect holiday is the Mediterranean style cuisine in Bistro Lafet, or the choice of themed buffets and à la carte dining in the Lagoon Terrace Restaurant. The resort also offers two cocktail lounges and a pool bar with drinks and snacks.

Enjoy Melanesian music and entertainment in the Lagoon Terrace Restaurant and on the lawns outside this open-air restaurant. Experience the traditional lighting of the flares at sunset each evening to the beat of drums and cries from fellow tribe members.
