Hyatt Regency Santiago has 232 Deluxe and 55 Regency ClubŪ rooms (48 square metres), 13 Executive Suites (81 square metres), eight with garden terrace, nine Diplomatic Suites (122 square metres), four with garden terrace, and a Presidential Suite (240 square metres).

All rooms offer spectacular views of Santiago and the snow-capped Andes Mountains. The 24-storey atrium tower includes four guest elevators, two with panoramic views.

The deluxe split-level guest rooms are very spacious (48 square metres), with the sleeping area located on the upper level and executive desk on the lower level.
