the center by the former Chilean Military Academy driving along Alameda

VIÑA DEL MAR &
VALPARAISO
Daily. Approximate duration: 8 hours.
Departure from the hotel along the countryside towards Valparaiso, Chile's
major port. Drive along the docks and wharf areas; Prat Pier with its many
little souvenir shops, up to a steep hillside for a full view of the port
and the city. The cable-cars, a very original means of transport are one
of the highlights enjoyed by the tourist. Proceed towards the city of Viña
Del Mar; the "Garden City". Visit the "Flower Clock",
drive along the coastal road, turning up for a final view of the bay. |
