The name of this hotel is justified for its incredible view of Rainmaker mountain across Pago Harbor. 

The hotel has 60 rooms and is built only two stories high. Bungalows on the water are available, as well as a private beach, large swimming pool, and dining facilities.

The buildings are all built in traditional fale style (Samoan style of house) with thatched roofing and open terraces that allow the tropical breezes to flow gently through the whole complex.
