TRANSFER BETWEEN TERMINALS: The airport underground system (AGTS) links both sides of the terminal and Concourses A, B and C in under five minutes; trains leave every ten minutes. Alternatively, passengers can walk over the glass bridge between the terminal and Concourse A and watch planes taxi along the runway beneath their feet.

INFORMATION AND HELP DESKS: Information booths are located in the terminal and on Concourses A, B and C. Tourist information booths are located in the terminal and on Concourse B.

AIRPORT FACILITIES: Money and communications: The airport has ATMs, bureau de change facilities and a post office. Eating and drinking: There are restaurants and cafés. Shopping: Shops include duty-free. Other facilities: There is a health centre at the airport.

DISABLED FACILITIES: Facilities include accessible toilets and TTY telephones for people with hearing impairments. A shuttle service with a wheelchair lift operates 24 hours a day between the car parks and the terminal. Disabled spaces are available in both car parks.

CONFERENCE AND BUSINESS FACILITIES: Computer data jacks can be found at the north and south ends of the terminal on Level 5 and the west end of the telephone banks. Internet connection facilities are offered in some airport shops.

CAR HIRE: Rental companies include Alamo, Avis, Budget, Hertz and National. Car hire desks are located on level 5 of the terminal building.

CAR PARKING: Passengers should take a ticket at the Access Plaza before they approach the car parks. There are two five-level car parks, one on either side of the east and west sides of the terminal. Short and long-term (economy) parking is available; the car parks are located within walking distance of the terminals.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS: The airport access road, Peña Boulevard, can be accessed via an exit off I-70 in east Denver. I-70 offers connections to I-25, I-225 and I-76. Peña Boulevard also offers a connection to the airport and can be accessed from the E-470 Tollway and Airport Boulevard in Aurora.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Road: Taxi: Taxis, charters and luxury limousines are available to all destinations. Bus: Skyride buses (tel: 303 299 6000 and press 1-2-1, or TDD tel: 303 299 6098) operate on five different routes and serve business, hotel and central Denver destinations. Wheelchair transportation can be provided by North Denver Alliance (tel: 303 477 0700). General travel information (tel: 303 342 4059) is available to passengers who require further assistance with their travel arrangements. A ground transportation information counter is located on the baggage reclaim level near the centre of the terminal.
