The
Kea Lani Hotel Suites and Villas sits on nine hectares (22 acres) on Polo
Beach oceanfront at Wailea, with panoramic views of the islands of
Molokini, Lana'i and Kahoolawe.
Surrounded
by lush tropical landscaping, accented with brilliant fuchsia
bougainvillea, the resort tastefully recreates Old World, Mediterranean
elegance in a Hawai'ian paradise. The landscaping features the Royal
Fountain Terrace - a combination of seven waterfalls and four fountains
cascading nearly 100 metres from the ballroom reception area to the steps
of the wedding gazebo.

Accommodation includes 413 one-bedroom suites plus 37 one, two and three bedroom villas. Most of the accommodations have ocean views and the spacious interiors of the suites have been equipped to the highest possible standards including wrap-around Lana'is, remote control Sony home entertainment centres and second colour television for the bedroom, European styled marble bathrooms, ceiling fans and state-of-the-art security systems including safe and smoke detector.
The villas have two bathrooms, gourmet kitchen with everything that opens and shuts, private plunge pool and furnished sun-deck. The Sony entertainment centres are, of course, provided as are colour televisions for bedrooms and cordless phones for outdoor convenience.
The
resort has three separate swimming pools and a toddler's pool. A water
slide, 43 metres long, connects the upper and lower pools. There are also
two Jacuzzis and a large fitness room.
Guest
services include a retail outlet that rents videos, laser discs, and video
cameras.
For
the sports minded there is sailing, snorkelling, windsurfing and scuba
diving or golf at Wailea's nearby championship courses.
To maintain energy levels, the elegant Kea Lani Restaurant serves à la carte Euro-Pacific cuisine. Caffe Ciao is a gourmet Italian delicatessen with full table service of freshly prepared pastas and pizzas. It offers indoor/outdoor dining plus carry-out orders. The Polo Beach Grille & Bar is a relaxed, open-air eatery. The Kea Lani, of course, has extensive meeting and conference facilities.
