The name of our resort is "Bali Kai", located on the Kona coast just 1.5 miles south of the main town of Kailua. Our personal vacation condos have all recently been totally refurbished and redecorated. For your comfort all of our condominiums have air-conditioning units and ceiling fans in every room. We have private phone lines in each of our units to spare you the expense of hotel phone surcharges. Guests staying 1 week or longer receive 50 minutes of complimentary long distance calls. Our resort facility offers a pool, outdoor jacuzzi spa, several built-in barbecues with tables for dining under the palm trees on the oceanfront lawns, and three small, sandy sunning beaches with tidal pools for exploring. Also on the grounds is a physician's office, mini-mart, deli and a snorkel shop and an activity desk. Accommodation We Have Quality Kona Accommodations At A Very affordable Price. Golf, snorkeling, swimming, diving are within minutes of your door, as well as major shopping and fine dining. Located on the second floor, this very comfortable Kona accommodations has a semi-private entrance and a private lanai. We are just 1.5 miles south of the main town of Kailua on the Kona Coast. For your comfort our personal condo has an air conditioning unit and has a ceiling fan in the "main area". We have a well-equipped separate full kitchen, newly remodeled with microwave, full-size range, icemaker refrigerator, cuisinart, coffee grinder, plus more. Sleeping accommodations are a queen-size bed with all linens provided. We have a color TV, with extended cable, and a VCR so you can see your vacation videos immediately!! There is a double bath area with the tub and shower separated from the vanity/dressing area. A full-mirrored wall in the sitting area reflects the ocean view, sunsets, and palm trees. We have wall-to-wall carpeting in soft pastel colors, and furnishings in white-washed rattan and oak with tropical patterned, pastel-colored upholstery.

For your convenience we have installed a private phone line, to spare you the expense of hotel surcharges.
