Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus. The North Course is home to many of
Hawaii's most spectacular ocean view golf holes. Each of the courses are a
delight to play, they are unique in the style of the design and the

either of the resort's two championship golf courses. Both the Beach
Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. and the King's Course, a Tom
Weiskopf & Jay Morrish design, offer golf for all skill levels. Set
among the lava fields and adjacent to the ocean, the Waikoloa Courses are
among the very best in Hawaii. The courses wind their way around the
resort and many holes offer views of the Pacific Ocean and the slopes of
Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa in the distance. |

The Mauna Kea Course is a special golfing
experience for players of all skill levels. The course was carved out of
ancient seaside lava flows by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. The course is a true
Hawaiian legend among golfers from throughout the world. In addition you
will enjoy the special opportunity to play the nearby Hapuna Golf Course
designed by golfing great Arnold Palmer. The links-style course is an
environmentally sensitive layout that is a unique test of golf. Either of
these courses offer a golfing experience that is unforgettable.

The Hapuna Beach Golf Course, designed by
Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay, is a links-style layout which rises from
the shoreline to approximately 700 feet above sea level. Greens
nestle into dramatic natural contours, incorporating native plants,
trees and grasses.

This legendary masterpiece designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. is set on
the slopes of Mauna Kea overlooking the blue Pacific Ocean. Opening in
1972 as the centerpiece of the Waikoloa Village Resort, the course is a
true resort style course that offers wide landing areas off the tee but
requires a top level game to score well. The greens are Bermuda grass and
are always tough to read with the subtle breaks away from the mountain.
The clubhouse is home to an excellent restaurant and full service pro
shop. The practice facilities and learning center are all here for your
game improvement needs. |
