Pearl Beach Resort, Manihi, is a resort in love
with and devoted to the sea and lagoon. This enchanting resort is
the only one on the island and features 19 deluxe overwater bungalows with
glass coffee table views of the colorful lagoon coral and marine life
below and 22 beachfront bungalows, each with a refrigerator, hair
dryers, coffee/ tea making facilities, individual safes, sundecks and
private facilities (showers). The restaurant is lagoonfront and the lounge
overlooks a natural saltwater swimming pool.
The resort's amenities include a bar, two
boutiques and numerous water activities.
Manihi is a haven for scuba divers, and the
resort is the center for most of the activities. A visit to the black
pearl farms is always a highlight of your stay.
The hotel has its own
scuba diving club and guests can arrange canoeing excursions, fishing, and
many other water activities. Full-day picnics, reef and lagoon excursions,
and pearl farm tours are also available.
