If
your idea of paradise is a barefoot kind of place combining enchantment,
ambience and unspoiled beauty, Hotel Les Tipaniers, located in an idyllic
corner of Moorea, awaits.
Surrounded
by coconut palms and tropical flowers, the 22 Polynesian style fares
cooled by ceiling fans have private bathrooms, telephone, safety box and
each has its own terrace overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Eleven bungalows
are equipped with kitchens.
Immerse
yourself in nature...
The
magnificent beach restaurant and bar offers local, French and Italian
specialties accompanied by a comprehensive wine list and Polynesian
cocktails as you watch the indescribable beauty of Moorea's sunsets.
Three
romantic motus (islets), are located just off-shore next to the protected
coral reef and can easily be reached by individual outrigger canoe or
swimming, providing perfect sites for 'picnics on a deserted island',
snorkelling, fishing, or sunbathing. The hotel's large motorised outrigger
canoe makes regular lagoon trips and there is a scuba diving and
activities centre on site. Shark discovery, glass-bottom boat, and
waterskiing are just some of the activities on offer. Deep sea fishing
boats and cars are available to rent. Other options nearby are tennis,
horseback riding and a weekly traditional Polynesian feast.
A
second property, Les Tipaniers Iti, provides a further five four-person
fares equipped with kitchenettes, five kilometres form the hotel. A
sun-deck style wharf provides berthing for boats, and regular shuttle
services both boat and land, allow guests to take advantage of the
facilities and services at Les Tipaniers.
