French Polynesia offers a wide range of hotels. The quality and location of most hotels is excellent, although many travellers have to get used to the high prices in French Polynesia. Below you find a wide choice of accommodation. For your convenience we have grouped them per island (location). As indication on the luxery rating we have classified the hotel in middleclass (*** / MC), first class (**** / FC) and deluxe (***** / DL) hotels and resorts.

On Moorea most hotels are located at the sunny and sheltered northshore of the island.

 
Hotels & Resorts on Bora Bora
The hotels on Bora Bora are either located on the southshore of the main island, or on the motu's (small islands on the rim of the lagoon). Also the airport is located on a motu, so for any hotel you need to take a  boattransfer (either straight to the hotel or to the wharf on the main island).
