This pleasant beach property is located a
few minutes stroll to popular Matira Beach and offers great value for
money for those not looking for the trims of resort living. The property
fronts a narrow south facing beach (no sun in early morning or late
afternoon) protected by a sea wall.
The landscaped gardens are split by a
garden path, with a line of 5 bungalows either side extending from the
coastal road to the beach.

All bungalows are fully screened, offer
mosquito nets and have private hot-water bathroom (although a little
cramped). Bungalows are serviced every 3-days and guests are provided a
daily breakfast basket.
The family bungalow sits at the back of
the property closest to the road and offers a large open plan downstairs
with master bedroom and lounge / kitchen with a mezzanine room upstairs
for two children. There's also a large veranda.
There's no restaurant on site, although
some family bungalows have basic kitchens, but several resort
restaurants are walking distance and local restaurants provide transport
on request.

Matira Point, facing the lagoon, the Guest House is located 9 km from
Vaitape and Air Tahiti Shuttle
