Treasure Island Resort

Treasure Island is a six hectare (15 acres) reef fringed atoll about 13 kilometres (8 miles) to the north west of Nadi Airport. As the resort covers the entire island, the 67 well appointed bures are all located around the perimeter giving all a beach front.

The spacious bures have an en suite, ceiling fans, a refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities. There is ample fresh hot and cold running water piped from the mainland. No phones, except in the office, no television, no radio, no air-conditioning except the sea breezes. What a plus!

The rooms and patio are simply decorated in tropical style with pastel colours and rattan furnishings.

Variety is there with Lovo feasts, barbeque and à la carte with European and local dishes and a second restaurant offers flambè cooking. Tropical fruit and fresh fish are features of Treasure Island's menus. Children are well catered for with special meals as well as a supervised activities program.

Apart from the art of relaxing poolside or on the beach, activities include sailing, canoeing, pedal boats, snorkelling, para-sailing, tennis and mini-golf or a game of volleyball with the staff-Fiji vs. Rest of the World! Non motorised activities are all free. There is a full scuba diving operation on the island as well as game fishing, while hand line fishing is available early morning and evening, free of charge.

Treasure Island is just 22 minutes from Denarau Marina by water limo or 8 minutes from Nadi Airport by helicopter, although many prefer a more romantic 70 minute passage on a 50 metre schooner.
