Liveaboard Dive Cruise
Northeast of Australia, scattered across 42,000 square miles, beckon the  verdant tropical isles of Fiji. Although once known to wary outsiders as the "Cannibal Islands," today some of the South Pacific's friendliest folks inhabit these serene atolls, in a land rightfully praised as the "Soft Coral  Capital of the World." Offer a hearty welcoming "Bula!" and join us aboard the new, luxurious 106' Fiji Aggressor for a fascinating voyage of discovery. Explore this mosaic  world of colorful coral gardens, adrenaline-pumping shark encounters, dramatic drift dives, mysterious caves, and incomparable jungle of festive reef life in Fiji's remote, pristine waters.

Each week 16 lucky divers set off from Denarau, Fiji aboard our exclusive 16-passenger jet-drive catamaran Fiji Aggressor and its high speed skiff, on an astounding underwater expedition. Over the next six days, you'll dive up to five times a day at dynamic reefs unseen by  most divers--all without shuttling back and forth to a resort for meals and sleep. During your eventful week aboard, you'll unlock the mysteries of Fiji's dynamic walls and caves. Encounter hundreds of varieties of soft coral and other sealife while drift diving. Or just savor the time to study shallow reefs for nearly invisible inhabitants. All in translucent 77-83 degree water with visibility often in excess of 100 feet. Just unwind, as our high-speed, jet-driven catamaran slowly unveils Fiji's seductive underwater secrets.

Our mothership with her 30' high-speed skiff lets you explore Fiji's "wonders down under" as never before. Dive legendary Blue Hole, Caesar's Rocks, Naigoro Pass, North Astrolabe Reef, Wakaya Pass, White Rock, Magic Mountain, Robin's Rainbow, Motua Levu and other incredible sites. You're seldom alone, as fire lionfish, blue ribbon and garden eels, batfish, whitetip, blacktip, grey reef and hammerhead sharks, snappers, jacks, barracuda, giant groupers, morays, mantas, clownfish with their companion anenomes, leaf fish, dragon wrasse, octopus, scorpionfish, flashlight fish, small wrasses, damselfish, butterflyfish, squirrelfish or parrotfish become your impromptu dive buddies.

Local Circumstances

The Fijian culture is rich in history and the people are famous for their friendly hospitality. One of the highlights of your week is a visit to a local Fijian Village. Weather permitting, guests are shuttled ashore to a local village for a "meke" or party. After a tour of the village, everyone gathers in the meeting hall for a few sips of "kava," a local non alcoholic / non-narcotic ceremonial drink made from the pepper root. The Fijians are very friendly and are happy to share a taste of their culture with Aggressor guests.

When you arrive in Nadi on Saturday, a uniformed Aggressor representative will greet you at the Nadi Airport and drive you the short distance to the Sheraton Denarau. Guests may board the Fiji Aggressor Saturday afternoon, then unpack, relax and enjoy a delicious dinner served by the onboard chef. Sunday morning, the Aggressor moves to the first of many excellent dives sites.

Friday afternoon, the Fiji Aggressor returns to Denarau. Guests may spend the afternoon shopping, sight seeing or just relaxing onboard until the evening cocktail party hosted by the crew. After the party, everyone will dine at a local restaurant. This is the only meal not included in the charter. Saturday morning check-out is 8:00 a.m. If you are flying out Saturday morning, the crew will arrange your transportation to the Nadi Airport.
