The Iorana Hotel is offering its services for 18
years to people all over the world in a nice family environment. We
founded this hotel on a great location just outside the town of Hanga
Roa so that every visitor can enjoy the great view the Rapa Nui island
has to offer. The Iorana Hotel's dreamy clifftop setting offers captivating views
of the sea from virtually every room.
From any point of the Hotel you can delight
yourself with the beautiful sunsets that take place in this mysterious
land. See this spectacle from the dinning room, the living room,
the bar, your room or from any of the pools.
Restauarant & Bar
The
large dining room has enormous glass windows overlooking the ocean and
offers delicious traditional and European food. From the bar you can
stroll out to the garden and barbeque area around the hotel's fresh water
swimming pool, a great place to enjoy a cocktail and take in the magical
island sunsets. The lounge has a colour TV and video and there is plenty
of space for groups and conferences.
Rooms
Iorana Hotel has
52 rooms equipped for your comfort and with views to different Rapa
Nui Landscapes. You can enjoy the sight to the Pacific Ocean, to
the volcanic stone that borders the coasts, to the green hills, to
the gardens or to the pools of our Hotel (one of them, natural).
All of our rooms have telephone, security box and fully equipped
private bathroom, to give you the comfort that you deserve.
The Standard rooms offer two beds or a double bed, with a view
to the landscapes that surround the hotel, in front of the sea
and the wonderful cliffs of the west coast.
The Superior rooms have telephone, security box and
private bathroom, but they also have television, minibar and air
conditioner so you can enjoy and relax yourself.
Suite rooms offer all the comforts that Superior
rooms have, but the Suite has a larger area, that allows our visitors to
enjoy a cosy living room and a private bathroom with jacuzzi.
Service & Facilities
The Iorana Hotel offers airport
transfers, tours, rental cars, jeeps and motorcycles, and horse riding for
those who wish to explore the island at a more leisurely pace.
A sea water swimming pool formed by a breakwater of natural rock is an
alternative to the freshwater pool and there is also an excellent tennis
court.
Room service is available, as well as laundry service, telephone and fax.
A
delightful souvenir shop offers guests the best of Rapa Nui arts and
crafts as mementos of a wonderful stay. American Express is accepted.
Location
The hotel is located only a few minutes from Mataveri airport and two kilometres from
'downtown' Hanga Roa.
It takes 15 minutes to
