world. The reef stretches from North to South 260km, supports over 500
different varieties of and comprises more than 220 species of coral.
Coral stretches out from the shoreline for approximately 2 km. First
time snorkellers find these protected waters provide an ideal environment
to discover the underwater world. For the very young to the more mature
traveller, snorkelling in Coral Bay is both safe and accessible. Fish come
