Camping in style (Red Centre)

Northern Territory Adventure Tours, winner of the 1998 Australian and Northern Territory Tourism awards for ‘Tour and Transport Operator - Major’, operate a variety of camping safaris which offer the most exciting and flexible way to experience the highlights of the Northern Territory.

We specialise in small group touring providing a personalised service to our passengers - and pride ourselves on offering tours with a strong ecological content and emphasis on the Aboriginal culture of the area. Our tour guides are trained to the highest standards and possess a vast knowledge of geology, botany and Aboriginal culture.

We have launched a new concept in touring this season with our ‘Camping in Style’ program in Central Australia. The products fill a niche in the market between budget and luxury touring, and cater for those who want to experience the Outback while enjoying some of the comforts of home.

In addition to the guide, a hostess will be on board to increase the level of service and provide a variety of high quality meals. Our exclusive campsites are designed to enhance your experience of the Outback. Relax by a purpose built fire pit while dinner is prepared in a camp-oven. Enjoy a bottle of fine Australian wine with your evening meals before retiring to your twin share tents, with proper linen on beds (not stretcher beds), and bedside tables.

We currently offer two packages to Ayers Rock, Kings Canyon & The Olgas. Both commence at the Ayers Rock Resort
