Connections Plus Tours

Introduction

Connections Plus has been designed to offer active and affordable holidays in Australia and draws on over 20 years of coach touring experience.

Itineraries have been designed to enable passengers to not only visit the icons of Australian tourism but also time to explore them and visit some out of the way places. Our Queensland itineraries feature a self-drive tour of magnificent Fraser Island (right), a night at an outback cattle station plus two nights on Heron Island, a nature lovers paradise.

Our Northern Territory programs feature the prolific wildlife at the Mary River Nature Reserve, a 4 wheel drive tour to Arnhem Land, a night in swags beneath the stars at the Ooraminna Bush Camp, plus the major attractions of King's Canyon, the Olgas, Ayers Rock (left), Kakadu National Park and Litchfield National Park.
Connections Plus' accommodation has been carefully selected. Generally speaking, accommodation will be of a 3 star standard however in some areas where accommodation prices are at a premium, cabins or lodges are utilized to keep tour prices down. This applies to places such as Heron Island, Ayers Rock etc.

MEALS

All tour prices include those meals as outlined in the itineraries. Lunch and dinners have not been included at those areas where it is possible to individually purchase meals to enable clients to cater to their own tastes and budget.

COACHES

All coaches are air conditioned and designed specifically for Australian conditions. To comply with health regulations we ask that you refrain from smoking whilst on board the coach.

ROAD STAFF

All groups will be accompanied by a coach driver/guide who has been meticulously trained in all aspects of tour operation. As well as being a wealth of knowledge on all the areas visited, a friend and confidant, our drivers are also encouraged to join in all group activities, thus being an integral member of the group
