Hotels have been carefully selected in or near national parks, histories reserves and major towns in the centre of key sightseeing locations. | 10. Satisfaction or money back. We are so confident in our delivery that we will refund in full any service which is not delivered. If a problem occurs during your tour, then in your own interest, you should advise your Tour Director so that steps can be taken to resolve the matter on the spot there and then. If you remain dissatisfied, any complaint must be made in writing to us within 30 days. Any service not supplied will be refunded in full. |

11. Transfers Included No need to worry about arriving at an unfamiliar airport or railway station. On the day the tour commences your Tour Director will welcome you on arrival and see that you are settled into your hotel or transferred and introduced to your tour party. Similarly on tour completion you will be transferred to your air or train connection. |
| 12. No Luggage Worries You do not even have to worry about your luggage. Porterage is taken care of by Australian Pacific Tour Director and Coach Captain who will look after the efficient and safe luggage handling at all hotels. |
