| The Midland Highway is a fast three-hour route between Hobart and Launceston, more or less following the old coaching road, although you’ll have to detour if you want to visit some of the towns on the way. Tasmanian Redline Coaches have several daily bus services between Hobart and Launceston, stopping at the major midland towns. | |
