| Seascape on Emu Bay
Seascape opened in 2001 and was lovingly designed
and purpose built to cater for the discerning visitor looking for
special accommodation on Kangaroo Island.
Set on five tranquil acres in a spectacular coastal
location, Seascape overlooks the beautiful 5km pristine beach at Emu Bay.
All rooms at Seascape have sensational ocean, coastal and rural views as far
as the eye can see. The design is contemporary, the setting is secluded and
the views are breathtaking.
Seascape has three spacious guest suites and we
accommodate a maximum of seven guests per night; ideal for singles, couples
or honeymooners looking for luxury, peace and privacy. We also offer sole
occupancy of Seascape, ideal for families or guests wishing to have
exclusive use of the property. All suites are strictly non-smoking, however
smoking is permitted outdoors.
The three spacious guest suites have everything you
expect: King size beds (or King Singles for twin share) private bathrooms,
bathrobes, hair dryers and television. And for no extra charge, all three
have stunning views over the beach at Emu Bay.
Sit on the veranda outside your suite with a drink and
enjoy the view, come indoors and relax on our comfortable sofas in the guest
lounge with a cup of coffee or tea, or unpack your bathers and soak in our
heated spa. The beach at Emu Bay is one of the finest on the Island. It is
4.5 km long with white sand and clear waters and you will probably have it
all to yourself! Take a walk, have a swim or enjoy a picnic lunch whilst
soaking up the sun.
We provide fully hosted service and cooked and
continental breakfast is included in the tariff. Gourmet dinners are also
available by prior reservation.
Enjoy the best of Australian hospitality and

Jenny & JP have years of experience in tourism and hospitality and Jenny's
cooking is renowned. JP specializes in interpretive wildlife tours, so if
you want to know anything about the Island he's the man to talk to. After
dinner, join our nocturnal tour to see Emu Bay's colony of fairy penguins
and search for Kangaroos, Wallabies, Possums and other wildlife. And don't
forget to look up: the skies here are among the darkest and clearest in the
world and perfect for viewing the southern stars. You will not miss out on
interpretation either. JP can tell you all about the Island in French, Dutch
or German as well as English. With its unique
wildlife, magnificent deserted beaches and sparkling pure air and water,
Kangaroo Island seems like a million miles away, but it's only half an hour
by air from Adelaide or two hours by car ferry from Cape Jervis. We can pick
you up from the airport at the start of your holiday and take you back there
at the end. |
