TRANSFER BETWEEN TERMINALS: Transfer between the Qantas and Ansett Terminal (Domestic) and the International Terminal, located 1km (0.6 miles) away, is provided by a transit minibus every 30 minutes Monday-Friday and every 60 minutes Saturday-Sunday. A new terminal is planned for Summer 2003, integrating the Domestic, International and Regional terminals.

INFORMATION AND HELP DESKS: Information and service desks (tel: (0)8 8308 9211) are located in the check-in areas in both terminals.

AIRPORT FACILITIES: Money and communications: There is a post office, a bureau de change (tel: (0)8 8234 4264), public telephones and ATMs in both terminals. There is a bureau de change (tel: (0)8 8234 3320) and ISD public telephones in the International Terminal. Eating and drinking: There are restaurants and a coffee shop in the Domestic Terminal. In the International Terminal, there is a coffee shop. Shopping: There are clothing and gift shops in the Domestic Terminal. There is a gift shop and various duty-free shops in the International Terminal. Other facilities: There is a baby changing room and various club lounges in the Domestic Terminal. There are also airline club lounges and baby changing facilities in the International Terminal. All facilities are generally open during flight operation hours 0530-2230.

DISABLED FACILITIES: All facilities at the airport are designed for persons with disabilities where necessary. There are lifts, ramps and designated toilets. Designated parking is provided next to the entrance of each terminal building. There are TDD telephones for hearing-impaired travellers.

CONFERENCE AND BUSINESS FACILITIES: There are small conference rooms in both terminals; in the International Terminal, an interpreter service is available on request. The Qantas Club (tel: (0)8 8208 8869) and the Golden Wing Club (tel: (0)8 8238 1267), which is operated by Ansett, are both located in the Domestic Terminal and provide fax, copy and Internet facilities.

CAR HIRE: Avis (tel: (0)8 8234 4558), Budget (tel: (0)8 8234 4111), Hertz (tel: (0)8 8234 5666) and Thrifty (tel: (0)8 8234 4554) are represented at the airport.

CAR PARKING: Long-term and short-term car parking (tel: (0)8 8234 4706) is available at the airport, at both the International and Domestic terminals.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS: Drivers should follow Sir Donald Bradman Drive from Adelaide city centre and turn off down Sir Richard Williams Drive after 5km (3 miles).

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Road: Taxi: There are three taxi ranks at the airport; journey time to the city centre is about 15 minutes and all taxis are metered. Bus: A transit city bus link (tel: (0)8 8332 0528) operates every 30 minutes from the terminals during flight operation hours and links the airport with major hotel chains, the interstate rail terminal and the city centre.
