LOCATION
In the Keppel Group of islands, Great Keppel Island is 55 kilometres from
Rockhampton Airport and 15 kilometres east of Rosslyn Bay on the Capricorn
Coast of Queensland.
TRANSPORTATION FROM
ROSSLYN BAY BOAT HARBOUR
Great! Keppel Island Resort is accessed via regular flights from major
capital cities to Rockhampton Airport, followed by a 15 minute air
transfer to the island. Express coaches and train to Rockhampton.
Keppel Tourist Services operates daily launch transfers between Rosslyn Bay Boat Harbour and Great Keppel Island. Travel time is approximately 30 minutes.
TRANSFER SCHEDULE, EXCEPT CHRISTMAS DAY:
- From Rosslyn Bay Boat Harbour - 0730, 0915, 1130, 1530 hours daily, 1800 hours Friday only
- From Great Keppel Island - 0815, 1400, 1630 hours daily, 1840 hours Friday only
Christmas day only:
From Rosslyn Bay Boat Harbour - 1000, 1500 hours
From Great Keppel Island Resort - 1030, 1530 hoursBUS TRANSFER SCHEDULE
Rothery's Coaches provides transfer from Rockhampton to Rosslyn Bay Boat Harbour to connect with Keppel Tourist Services departures daily, except Christmas day (no services).
- From Rockhampton Airport - 1015 hours daily except Christmas day
- From The Arcade Bus Stop (Bolsover Street, between Denham and William Streets) - 0800, 1030, 1330 hours daily except Christmas day (pick up from selected accommodation is available - please request when booking)
- From Rosslyn Bay Boat Harbour - 0900, 1430, 1700 hours daily except Christmas day. The 0900 and 1430 services continue to Rockhampton Airport. 1700 hours terminates at Kearn Arcade Bus Stop.

Station is available for the same cost as The Arcade Bus Stop service -
