The Sebel of Sydney is a boutique hotel set in the ritzy residential suburb of Elizabeth Bay in the near Eastern Suburbs in a quite street within half a kilometre of the Kings Cross restaurant and entertainment strip. It is a stylish hotel which has been host to many of the greatest names in show business over the years. The Sebel's intimate cocktail bar is a gallery of signed photographs of illustrious guests from the international music and film world. The hotel has a traditional European flavour in its public areas and guestrooms. Bedrooms and suites over 11 floors are spacious and tastefully furnished. The Encore Restaurant on the lobby level has a solid reputation for fine dining and caters for guests who wish to use the hotel's private dining room for a special occasion. The Encore is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Sebel has a purpose-built conference centre next door which includes a grand ballroom and seven other meeting and function rooms.
