| Park Hyatt Sydney has an outstanding

silver service environment and offers guests the alternative of dining al
fresco on its outdoor terrace overlooking Sydney Harbour.
'Verandah at The Park' specialises in more casual dining, opening for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and supper. It too has an outdoor terrace. Park Hyatt's 'The Bar' is a gracious old-world bar and lounge, heavily wood panelled with an open fire in winter. The hotel's lobby and public areas make extensive use of polished marble and granite with local sandstone. Glass walls give guests panoramic views of Sydney Cove. Park Hyatt is an intimate hotel with just 158 rooms and suites, most with private balconies. All rooms were completely renovated in September 1998. They include 31 Executive Studios, three Premier Suites, and the Diplomatic and Governor Suite. All are tastefully decorated in soft, pale tones which are at once relaxing and elegant. All have individually controlled air-conditioning, remote control curtains, and separate dressing rooms. All rooms and suites have luxurious marble bathrooms with a king-size bathtub and separate shower and hairdryer. In-room tea and coffee making facilities, radio, remote control colour television with VCR, and CD player are standard, as is on-demand in-room video. Suites are fitted with Digital Video Disc (DVD) equipment. All rooms have direct dial telephones with two dedicated lines and a voice mail message services. Internet access is available through a 68cm digital television with infra-red keyboard. All guests are given a personal e-mail address for the duration of their stay, which they can use any time they return. All suites are fitted with facsimile machines which are available in rooms on request for a small charge. Complimentary safe deposit boxes are available in all rooms and suites. |
