Carlton Crest is conveniently located in Brisbane's city centre. It was completely redeveloped, upgraded and refurbished in August, 1996 and today is in a unique position of being able to offer both four and five star accommodation rooms, an array of exciting bars and restaurants together with Brisbane's best location, King George Square.

Accommodation

Carlton Crest has 438 accommodation rooms. The Carlton Tower offers 210 executive accommodation rooms including 6 Carlton Suites and a Presidential Suite. The large, spacious, executive rooms of the Carlton Tower all feature classically-styled furnishings, a dedicated fax line, 3 telephones (desk, beside, bathroom), writing desk and every facility and convenience which is expected in a major, international standard hotel. Carlton Tower guests also enjoy exclusive use of a full equipped Business Centre. The Crest Tower features 228 standard accommodation rooms with a choice of single, twin or double.

Every room and suite is fully air conditioned, with individual temperature control. Other facilities include a mini-bar, Sky Channel, free-to-air and view-on-demand movies, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, and secure electronic key system.

For those who prefer a smoke-free environment, there are designated 'no-smoking' floors. Underground parking facilities are also available for all hotel guests.

Dining

The hotel has three excellent restaurants, each with its own individual theme and style. Oliver's Restaurants, overlooking King George Square, offers superb a la carte dining and is widely recognised for its truly international cuisine. 

The Spice Market features an authentic Asian buffet, while Picasso's offers a menu that captures all the flavours of light, bright sunny days by the Mediterranean.

Facilities

Guests have full access to the Café Theatrix, Heated Spa and Swimming Pool, and Roof Top Garden. The hotel can assist guests with theatre tickets and siteseeing tours, in and around Sydney.
