| The Hilton Sydney Airport is a
specialised airport hotel in a relatively quiet area within 10 minutes of
both the international and domestic terminals.
The hotel caters specifically for short-stay and transit passengers, but is also conveniently located for guests who have business to do near the airport or visitors who want to be near the southern suburbs of Sydney. The hotel operates shuttle bus to both terminals, or arriving guests can choose a short taxi ride of 2 and 5 kilometres respectively. Sydney Airport Hilton has 266 well appointed rooms over nine floors, four of them non-smoking. There is a choice of King, Queen, Queen sofa and twin-bedded rooms with all the basic creature comforts and tasteful, restful décor. All have television and in-house pay movies. |

four-star with all the facilities guests tied to airline schedules need,
such as 24-hour room service and a transportation desk. It operates a
shuttle service to its sister city hotel, the Sydney Hilton, for guests
who want go 'into town' to shop or sample the nightlife.
It is also next door to the Kogarah Golf Club, has its own jogging track and tennis and squash courts, as well as a pool and gymnasium. It is near parkland and the Cooks River, giving it access to green spaces scarce in the area. Its Seasons restaurant offers all day dining daily and Bradley's Cocktail Bar is open 7pm to midnight Monday to Saturday. There is no other entertainment in the immediate vicinity except for two other airport hotels about 10 minutes by taxi away. Guests can choose to go to Brighton-Le-Sands which is on Botany Bay and has a beach, several restaurants and a resort-style hotel. Brighton-Le-Sands is 15 minutes away by car or taxi, or guests can take a 30 minute trip into the city (about $25 to $30). The hotel is a popular and experienced conference and banquet venue and offers a wide range of facilities for visitors who need to organise meetings or functions for clients in the area. It has a well-equipped business centre and secretarial services. |
