at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore is a distinctive dining venue
specializing in seafood, whether in al fresco style or in
air-conditioned comfort.
Another culinary highlight at Snappers is its
wide selection fresh fish prepared in the style of your choice -
steamed, poached, grilled or wok-fried. A novel chalkboard menu with
handmade Balinese fish magnets display the fresh catch of the day.
- SUMMER PAVILION:
This signature restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, is
a distinctive glass pavilion nestled amidst a picturesque garden.
Decorated with luxurious interiors of soft fabrics with gold-leaf
accents, the mood is understated, yet always intimate. The
restaurant's elegant decor complements its memorable traditional
Cantonese cuisine.
Pure white Frette tablecloths are dramatically
set off by fine Narumi chinaware with dark brown and moss green accented
showplates from France. Hand-made chopsticks carved from a rare dark
wood and gold ornamental vases enhance this contemporary Oriental
ambience.
Guests peruse a lavish gold silk and rice paper
menu to select traditional Cantonese fare. Tim sum delicacies are served
in silver-weave baskets; the finest braised shark's fin soup with
crabmeat and crab roe is ladled out of beautiful silver tureens. Other
exotic specialities include braised shark's fin with crab meat and crab
roe and braised "live" lobster with minced garlic and a touch
of beer in a casserole.

Two large pizza ovens are the focal points in this expansive restaurant.
An extensive selection of fresh breads and gourmet pizzas are baked

freshly-baked scones with Devonshire clotted cream and fine English
preserves and a tempting assortment of tea cakes. Guests may choose from
an international selection of loose-leaf blends, poured through sterling
silver strainers into the fine bone china cups.
Guestrooms
Typical guestrooms are spacious - more than 25% larger than those in
conventional five-star hotels. Every room offers panoramic views of the
