Rate Conditions:
  • Rates are in Japanese Yen (JPY) per room per night including tax and service charge.
  • The rates do not apply to some hotels. For details are available on their respective pages.
  • Check individual hotel pages for Twin Single Use and Triple Use rates.

Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellation Charge:
    • 7-4 days prior to check-in date: 20% of first night's charge
    • 3 days or less prior to check-in date: 100% of first night's charge
    • No show: 100% x night(s) of no-show
  • No Show: In case of no show, the entire reservation will automatically be cancelled.
  • Changing Reservation: Changes are not accepted 3 days or less prior to check-in date.
  • Refund: Refund will be applied to your credit card account after deducting applicable cancellation charge. Refund will not be made in Japan.
  • Late Check-in: Your reservation will be held until 8:00pm. If you are unable to arrive by that time, telephone the hotel and confirm the time of your arrival
