THE CAFÉ The Café is the hotel's all-day dining restaurant. The extensive selection of international fare is prepared by Chef Damian McManamon whose specialty lies in Pacific Rim Cuisine. The Café serves only the best quality beef which is imported fresh from the Rocky Mountain foothills in Alberta, Canada. All the seafood featured on the menu and in the seafood buffet is imported from Australia, New Zealand and the United States, ensuring freshness. Dishes include Hainan-style Chicken, Nova Scotia Lobster, Trio of Chargrilled Veal Medallion, Australian Lamb Chops and The Ritz-Carlton Caesar Salad. The tea includes a selection of fine Fauchon teas, finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones and pastries.
