For international to Australian Domestic flights (QF400 and above) departing from the Domestic Terminal: Proceed through immigration. Collect your bags and clear customs. Follow signs to transfer lounge. Recheck your bags. Proceed to the terminal transfer bus. Proceed to your departure gate.

For Australian Domestic flights (QF400 and above) to international flights:
Proceed to the transfer lounge located opposite Gate 2 in the Domestic terminal. On arrival at the International Terminal, proceed up escalator through immigration and security.

For International to International transfers and Domestic flights (QF 1-399): There is no need to clear Immigration and Customs - this will be completed at your final destination. Follow the transfer signs and proceed through security to upper level. If you do not have a boarding pass for your onward flight, proceed to the transfer desk located before Gate 24.

How long does it take to transfer? Terminal transfer buses operate every 10-20 minutes from 6.00 a.m. to 9.40 p.m. The bus takes approximately 10 minutes to travel between the terminals.
