Payment Options
If you have booked with us a full trip (including flights to/from the Pacific, than you have to pay us according to regulations of the Dutch Travelbranch  Association (ANVR). These regulations state that 10% of the travelsum needs to be paid at the moment of booking and the remainder six weeks before departure. You will find bankdetails on the bookingform and confirmation, that you will receive either by email, fax or/and mail.

If you have booked a hotel, rentalcar, tour etc by using the  Tripbuilder, than we ask you to pay by creditcard at the time of booking. Your booking is fully guaranteed by the trade regulations of the Dutch Travelbranch  Association (ANVR) and the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA). Depending on the result of your payment you will receive an email with confirmation details and a password for further access to the Clients Area, where you can find your vouchers, hotel list, flight schedule and payment instructions for the rest of the due amount.

All our creditcard payments are handled by Bibit (CCV Payment Plaza). This is a specialised financial organisation handling creditcard payments. You may check on the Bibit website how your payment was handled.

After we have received your full payment, you can press "Voucher" to see your voucher. Print this voucher and present it to the supplier (eg. hotel) at check-in.
