For clients we currently process applications for the multiple entry Visitors' Visa (Electronic Travel Authority or ETA). These are valid for entry up to twelve months from date of issue for visits of up to three months. They do not allow the recipient to work. ETA visas are held on a database accessible by the Australian customs and immigration authorities, and by participating carriers. There is therefore no requirement for a paper visa in the passenger's passport.

For Clients of Pacific Island travel with tickets to Australia or land product booked in Australia we will process your Visitor's Visa free of charge.

Eligibility:
An ETA is only available to passengers landing in Australia on the following carriers: Qantas, Singapore Airlines, Air New Zealand, Ansett Australia, Virgin Atlantic, British Airways, American Airlines, Philippine Airlines, Emirates, Malaysian Airlines, Korean Airways, Asiana, Swiss Air, United Airways, Cathay Pacific, Canadian Airlines, Austrian Airlines, Mandarin Airlines, China Airlines, Aer Lingus, Sabena, Olympic Airlines, Eva Air, Thai Airways, Air New Guinea, Britannia, Arizona Airways, Iceland Air, Air Pacific, Lauda, Lufthansa, KLM, Gulf, British Midland, Eurowings, Air UK, Royal Air Brunei, Fin Air, Japan Airlines, All Nippon Airways, Canada 3000, Scandinavian Airlines, Alitalia, Garuda

An ETA is available to the following nationalities: Andorra (AND), Austria (AUT), Belgium (BEL), Brunei (BRN), Canada (CAN), Denmark (DNK), Finland (FIN), France (FRA), Germany (D), Greece (GRC), Iceland (ISL), Ireland (IRL), Italy (ITA), Japan (JPN), Liechtenstein (LIE), Luxembourg (LUX), Malaysia (MYS), Malta (MLT), Monaco (MCO), Netherlands (NLD), Norway (NOR), Singapore (SGP), South Korea (KOR), Spain (ESP), Sweden (SWE), Switzerland (CHE), United Kingdom (GBR), United States (USA), Vatican City (VAT).
