How to book your next " Dream Holiday"

Creating tailor-made holidays is the "speciality of the house". Our principal is that every clients trip will be a very special holiday. You can be assured we put in all the care, energy and knowledge to make your "dream come true" happen.

Best way to get started with your trip preparations is to follow the following steps:

1. Determine what type of trip you want. Ask yourself the following questions and use our website to answer those: 
   • When, how many days and with how many people do you want to travel ?
   • What type of flexibility do you have (as flights or hotels might have filled up, it might be helpful for us to know if you could depart perhaps a few days earlier or arrive back home a few days later) ?
   • Which destinations do you want to visit ?
   • How many days days and in which sequence do you want to visit each of these destinations (eg. 3 weeks Australia from Sydney to Cairns and then onward to Tahiti) ?

2. Determine for yourself what type of budget you have. Please note that your trip will be build up from the following product types:
   • flights (eg. economy or business class, shortest or specific route)    
   • ground transport (eg. a rentalcar or bustour)
   • accommodation (eg. hotel, motel, apartment, cruisecabin, motorhome or camping
   • sightseeing (perhaps excursions, scenic flights and entrance fees) and
   • food, drinks and souvenirs

Select the specific products you want to include in your trip. You can find on our website almost all of the hotels in the Pacific (of a certain quality standard offcourse). To get to the hotel description of your choice simply click the buttons of the destinations (to the left) and product types (at the top of the page) and press the hyperlink of the hotel name. Some destinations have so many hotels, that we have listed them per region (eg. in the USA and in Australia).

We advise to book a trip to the Pacific well in advance, as flights and hotels tend to fill up heavily. You might need a combination of Airline Tickets, Hotels and Transport. We offer you all these products as a "One Stop Shop". Look for yourself on this website and compare the prices. And just for your peace of mind, we are not just a virtual travel shop. You may come to our office in Amsterdam anytime (we are open Monday - Saturday from 0900 - 17.00 hours).

3. Tell us your ideas and we will help you to plan your trip.

1. If you need flights to and from the Pacific, you may fill in the Quotation Form. Within a few days you will receive a tailor made Travelplan including a detailed price calculation. In the quotation process we might take an option on flights, as they form the base of your trip to the Pacific. This way we are sure that what we quote to you can be delivered. Remember that in the high season full flights might just turn your travel plans up side down.
2. Alternatively if you only want to find out prices of land products (eg. hotels, and rental cars), please use the Tripbuilder to get online price quotes rightaway. Beside a simple price quote, you may assemble your trip in the  Tripbuilder the way you want. Add as many hotels etc. to you trip. The tripbuilder will create a list of land products with dates and calculated prices in your home currency.

After you have received our Travel plan, have a good thought about it. Perhaps compare a bit (please no apples and peaches). We have rather that you take a few extra days to determine if the travel plan as quoted is really what you want, than that you change your mind after everything is booked. If you are not sure, please ask a second quote. We keep the quotation usually active in our computer system for up to two weeks.

4. If you like what we quoted to you, then it's time to book your trip.
   1. Complete the Booking Form if you want to book on an offline created Travelplan. We process your booking right away. This means we make reservations for all the required products in your trip at our suppliers. This booking process might take a few days, as we depend on the hotels and local agents how quick everything is confirmed.

      We need from you a 10% deposit payment after you have agreed with the confirmation on your trip. You may pay by creditcard or banktransfer (see the payment options). Your booking and payment will be guaranteed by the strict legislation of ASTA, ANVR and SGR.

   2. Alternatively if you want to book a trip in the tripbuilder, you can continue from the triplisting page (press the "book this trip" button). You will be asked to provide some details on the passengers and travel preferences. After that you will automatically continue to a page where you can pay the 10% deposit by creditcard.

5. As soon as we have received confirmations from our suppliers,  we sent you a confirmation (by email we sent you an access code).

As an extra service, you will get access to our Clients Area, where you find a lot of helpful background information regarding your trip. We call it "The complete Travellers Manual".

You will receive your confirmation online, aswell as access to our Clients Area containing a complete Travellers Manual 

6. Six weeks before the departure date of your trip, we should have received your full payment (see payment options).

   After full payment is received, you will automatically gain access to your travel documents in the Clients Area. You will find here:

   • A detailed travel plan
   • A listing of contact details for each hotel and service
   • Your vouchers (a separate for every product in your travel plan)
   • E-tickets (traditional airline tickets will be mailed)

   We expect you to check these vouchers and tickets carefully. Important is that airline tickets match the exact names as stated in the passports.

After full payment (see the payment options) you will automatically gain access to your travel documents in the Clients Area.

After your trip we will sent you a questionnaire to inquire about your travel experiences. Answering this questionnaire is important for us, as it provides us with feedback to improve our products and services.
